Most of the items listed on HD’s website are specially ordered items that are custom made for each individual order; therefore, we cannot accept returns. We advise customers to take extra caution when ordering merchandise and always measure the area for sufficient space requirements.
In the rare situation that there is damage to the shipment, note it on the delivery paperwork, and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. A replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. In the event a replacement is delivered before the original shipment is returned, customers are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. If a damaged item is not returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of damaged items, this cost will be charged to the customers credit card. Damaged items will not be authorized for replacement after 15 days from the delivery date.
All claims and disputes arsing out of purchases from HD’s website shall be governed by the law of
Maryland. any claim between the parties shall be pursued in a federal or state court located in
Maryland.
