Customers are required to pay the cost of all freight, shipping, delivery, sales and use taxes. Items will be delivered to the address provided. If there is no one to inspect and accept the merchandise delivery is made, the purchaser will be responsible for any storage and redelivery charges. Accounts remaining unpaid will be charged interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance and will be responsible for all costs incurred by HD to collect any outstanding amounts, including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees.
Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agent's departure.
In the rare situation that there is damage to the shipment, note it on the delivery paperwork, and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. A replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. In the event a replacement is delivered before the original shipment is returned, customers are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. If a damaged item is not returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of damaged items, this cost will be charged to the customers credit card. Damaged items will not be authorized for replacement after 15 days from the delivery date.
